I've just put one per sheet for these ones, since I'm not sure how many people would want to give away and I'd rather save your ink if you only want one. These can be printed on any kind of paper, but for an extra special touch you may want to use better quality sheets.
If you're feeling really creative you could decorate these by punching a small hole in one corner and adding a ribbon and hang them where they will be found as a surprise by the one you love, or maybe put them together in a decorative book and give the entire set of vouchers.

Date night with the entertainment of the receivers choice. The image on this coupon shows a variety of entertainment ideas like the Mona Lisa (for a visit to the museum), a violin (perhaps for a night out listening to music or visiting the symphony), and an admit one ticket.
This one I left blank, so you can make it as mild or wild as you like :) The image on it is of Betty Boop and is designed in very romantic shades of reds and pinks. The writing on it simply says "This coupon entitles the bearer to:" and you can fill in the rest with whatever you wish.
This one has an image of an old fashioned wishing well, surrounded by green leaves and is also very open ended... it's giving away one wish granted by you. Depending on who you give this to, you may want to add restrictions to the back so that they don't wish for something impossible or beyond your abilities.
Retro image of a 1950's couple in a car driving along a mountainous road and promises that "This ticket is valid for one old fashioned weekend getaway". This would be a great way to suggest some quality time together!
"This entitles you to 1 entire night of uninterrupted romance with the issuer of this coupon" and has a beautiful red rose on it. If you have kids, you may want to write the restriction on the back that the coupon has to be given in time to get a baby-sitter ;)
