Section 1. Privacy: What information is collected and how it's used
None of the information gathered by Mint Printables contains personally identifiable information, only broad demographic patterns (examples include which pages are most visited, where the inbound traffic is coming from and going to, browser versions, etc.). This information is gathered for the sole purpose of helping me understand what will most benefit Mint Printable's visitors so that I can continue to add content that best fits the interests of the visitors. I do use a third party tracker (Google Analytics) to gather some of this information, their privacy policy can be found here.
With respect to ad servers, I do run advertisements that I feel are complimentary to Mint Printables content. As a result of your visit to this site, the ad server companies may place cookies to collect information such as your IP address and clickstream information. For further information, consult their privacy policy pages. For your convenience, again here's Google's Privacy Policy.
If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your browser to either disallow cookies altogether (some sites however will not work with cookies off, so use with caution) or have your browser alert you when a site is using a cookie. Either of these actions shouldn't cause a problem with viewing Mint Printable's, however some website features may not be available to you.
Mint Printables site search also keeps track of the terms that have been searched so that I can adjust Mint Printable's content to better suit visitors general interests. The same policy as above applies here, never will this information be made public, and none of it is personally identifiable. I do however reserve the right to share this data is if I feel the legal authorities have a right to access the information.
The contact form used at Mint Printables includes the senders IP address, browser type and the time and date the email was sent. This information is only used to diagnose problems (eg. finding if a certain browser has troubles showing the content on Mint Printables) and so that I can reply to the email if needed. Never will the information be sold or shared.
If any of these practices change at some time in the future I will post the policy changes on Mint Printables to notify you of these changes and will only use the new data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check this privacy policy periodically.
Section 2. Terms of Use
No site rippers or offline download browsers allowed. These programs use way too much bandwidth. If you want to save the printable images, there's a "Save Image" link added for your convenience. Right clicking and "save image" is OK to, just not grabbing entire pages and / or folders in one go, using programs that download the entire collection or anything else that effects the servers functions in any way.
The clipart used to make these printables are from the public domain, the printable images themselves, the website design and written content however are not. You may not sell, upload to a website other websites, or use these printables for any use other than to print for personal use. Yes, giving the finished printed items away to friends and family is fine ;) If you are not sure if your plans for these items fall into the accepted terms of use, please contact me and I'll be happy to let you know.
If any copyrighted clipart is found to have been used to make these printables, please contact me immediately so that the file(s) can be removed, or appropriate credit given (whichever is preferred by the copyright holder).

Mint Printables can not be held responsible for any losses, problems or damages of any kind caused by using this website, it's content and it's information. This site contains links to other sites, and Mint Printables is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices or the content of such websites.
